In this structured, yet relaxed and nurturing weekend participants will learn and experience how to support the seven essential dimensions of well being through lecture, group discussion, creative art, journal writing, meditation, gentle movement, rest, nature walks and nutritional meals and snacks. This is a perfect Valentine! During this weekend get away, couples can renew the Mastery of Love with one another while enjoying cozy, quiet and nurturing surroundings. Serenity Point’s retreat coordinator and facilitator is Carol Lett. Carol is a licensed occupational therapist, the founder of LifeCentrics, and creator of the teaching model The Holistic Art of Self- Health. She is certified in a variety of mind/body movement techniques and has over 25 years experience providing education and services supporting health, wellness, and life enrichment.
As a resident of Grand Lake, Carol’s passion is in introducing and sharing the rejuvenating and healing qualities of the beautiful, natural environment of the lake…especially in the fall and winter months.
