We are delighted to be your Grand Lake destination of choice. Our resort is intended for the enjoyment of families, individuals, couples for a romantic get-away, company retreats, and anyone looking to enjoy all that Grand Lake has to offer without the hassle of owning and maintaining a lake home property or boats and water toys. We have it all waiting your arrival.

We do require a 2 night minimun stay, and a 3 night minimum on Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

A one night, non-refundable security deposit holds your rental for you. Example: Your family is renting the 7 Bedroom home for 4 nights at $575/night. Your non-refundable security deposit would be $575 (plus applicable tax) which will be applied to your final invoice for the entire stay. Full rental amount will be charged for cancellations inside of 2 weeks to time of arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.

We accept all major credit cards, including the Shell gas card, as well as cash, check and money order. Your credit deposit will show on your statement as a Shell gasoline purchase from Jay, Oklahoma.

The check-in arrival time is 3:00 pm and the departure expectation is 12:00 noon.

Each home comes with one (1) boat slip rental. Additional slips, if available, can be rented at a rate of $20/slip/day.

No pets are allowed in homes regardless of size and adorability. Approved, outside pets with a $20/night/pet will be considered.

Some homes can accomodate addtional persons beyond indicated sleeping capacity. Additional persons will be charged $20/person/night. Children under 7 stay free. Large groups may require additional cleaning fees. Please call for more details.

Smoking is not allowed in homes. Outside containers are provided for proper disposal.

Whether you rent only 1 hour or 10 hours, our home rental customers save 15% on our boat rental prices. Does not include accessory rentals and the discount can not be applied to the discounted 4 hour, 8 hour, or the day rate.
