Our 2 bedroom First Mate features a panoramic view of Grand Lake from the spacious living room. Enjoy sitting outside your home and the use of the charcoal and/or propane grills. The home has 1,000 square feet with a deluxe kitchen and bath. Enjoy the very large kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped including large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, Jenn-air oven and stove, coffeemaker and many custom extras. We have Dish network Satellite TV in all of our homes! Don't forget, each home comes with one slip rental. We've added an outdoor Fire Pit and a large separate deck with a waterfall for quiet gatherings and conversation.
